Jennifer McGowan is an Assurance Manager with Ernst & Young, specializing in audits of SEC, venture backed, and not for profit health science companies in Southern California. A graduate of Cal State Fullerton, Jennifer holds an active CPA license with over seven years of professional experience in public accounting. Jennifer also serves on the Executive Committee and is the Program Committee Chair for Orange County Medical Device Network. Jennifer has been instrumental in increasing awareness and serving as role model for flexibility within Ernst & Young and the community. She serves as the chair of the Flexibility Task Force at Ernst & Young and has successfully managed a flexible work arrangement for five years.
